What better way to celebrate Canada Day than with a semi-covered concert in Mosaic Stadium at Taylor Field with one of Canada’s premier rock bands, Big Sugar!

Big Sugar has been around for decades now, slinging classic style rock and blues with a contemporary feel. They turned heads with hits like “Turn The Lights On,“ “Digging a Hole,” and “All Hell For a Basement,” and have been touring for years now, becoming one of the best live bands in Canada!
 

CANADA DAY RUN

July is beautiful in Regina! Why not celebrate Canada Day with a fun 3 or 5K run around Wescana Park! Race registration includes a free pancake breakfast for after the race and a t-shirt commemorating the event!
 

5K FOAM FEST FUN RUN

Running is GREAT for you, but unless you’re a hardcore runner it can get a little boring. That’s why the 5K Foam Fest fun run was invented – to give you a fun reason to get off of the couch, into your sneakers and onto the street! This isn’t just any fun run – not only is there plenty of foam, but there are obstacles, mud pits, and structures for you to scramble over! Waterslides, cargo climbs, slip and slides, mud crawls and more! Somewhere between hardcore events like the famous “Tough Mudder” race and a breezy walk in the sun, Foam Fest is a fantastic motivator – and it’s family friendly too!
